Hello combustion enthusiasts. Today’s post is going to take a look at an exciting new analyzer from E-Instruments – the E Instruments BTU1500 Advanced Combustion Analyzer. The new BTU1500 has a bunch of great features at a really affordable price, so you can bring your heating and maintenance business in to the new century.

First off, the main draw I think for most folks is going to be the onboard printer. This is a feature that is not available in most competitive analyzers and not only saves time and hassle, but leaves a very strong impression on customers. There’s nothing like instant and transparent results to garner your customers’ trust. The device also stores thousand of data points internally that can be uploaded to a PC for storage, export and analysis. In addition to these features, the BTU1500 features a full color graphic screen and Bluetooth capability, to round out all the high-tech functionality. As far as the nuts and bolts function, this analyzer reads O2, CO, CO2, Efficiency, Excess Air, Draft, Pressure, and Temperature. This in essence makes it not only a combustion analyzer but also an ambient CO monitor, manometer, draft gauge and a thermometer. That’s a ton of bang for your buck and it is also built-to-last and ergonomic. The BTU1500 also features virtually unbreakable metal connections for the hoses, so it can take a little dirt on the job so to speak.

See you next time.
