Updated December 2022.

Hello all. Today we’re going to have a look at a datalogger series from Supco, specifically the Supco LPT LOGiT Pressure and Temperature Data Logger. This is a great bargain for the functionality, as most dataloggers of this kind are going to cost you at least 400 dollars for anything close.

First off, the fitting for the pressure sensor on this unit is a ¼” MPT fitting and features a range up to 500psi. The Supco LPT LOGiT also has a rugged tamperproof casing and can log up to 21,500 data points. Also built-in are visual alarms for user set over and under values and a sample rate that can be set at any interval between 1 second and 18 hours. Using the included software you can analyze data trends over time, making it ideal for identifying any pressure anomalies in industrial and factory settings. You can also use Supco LPT LOGiT to measure temperature simultaneously with an external sensor. This allows you to correlate this temperature data with the pressure data to see if they are related.

If you are in the market for dataloggers, the Supco units are a price so low that you can outfit a whole operation for a fraction of the cost.
